Terms of Service

Template, pending counsel review. This page is a placeholder for the public-beta sandbox. It has not been reviewed by legal counsel. It is not a binding contract. We will replace this page with counsel-reviewed terms before any paid plan or signed pilot ships.

1. What AgentTrust is

AgentTrust Gateway is a self-serve sandbox that lets a developer evaluate an agent commerce control plane against a public sandbox API. It is currently in public beta. Paid production billing has not launched. Enterprise pilots require a separate written agreement.

2. Public-beta scope

• The sandbox is non-production and ephemeral; sessions expire and may be reset at any time.
• The sandbox is rate-limited and offers no SLA.
• The sandbox refuses production payment settlement; the sandbox proof header (X-AgentTrust-Sandbox-Proof: demo-paid) is sandbox-only and triggers no real funds movement.
• Receipt signing keys for the sandbox are ephemeral; pre-rotation receipts may not verify against post-rotation public keys.
• Resources you create in the sandbox console may be deleted by us during routine maintenance.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not submit real customer PII, real payment payloads, real bearer tokens, real wallet private keys, or production secrets.
• Do not attempt to bypass the sandbox identity or sandbox proof gates.
• Do not load-test the sandbox beyond its rate limit.
• Do not attempt to extract operator credentials, signing keys, or other private material.

4. No certifications claimed

AgentTrust does not currently claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, official Okta / Entra / Google SAML, or official SCIM 2.0 conformance certification. The bounded public-beta posture, mirrored on the Proof Center and the security model page, is the canonical statement of what is and is not claimed at any point in time.

5. No customer logos / no traction claims

We do not currently claim a signed customer pilot, paid customer, published revenue figure, customer logo, testimonial, or benchmark. Any such claim that appears on this site is a bug; please report it via the support path on the homepage.

6. Liability, template

For the sandbox public-beta, AgentTrust provides the service “AS IS” with no warranties; aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the prior twelve months, which today is zero (the sandbox is free). This paragraph is a template and will be rewritten by counsel before any paid plan or signed pilot ships.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate sandbox use at any time. Resources created in the sandbox may be deleted by us on termination. We will not move sandbox data into a paid plan without your written consent.

8. Governing law, template

This template will name a specific jurisdiction once counsel reviews and the entity structure is confirmed.
